Coconut Barfi Recipe By Food Fusion

Make this delicious Coconut Burfi at home and have fun cooking. #happycookingtoyou #barfi #desserts #shorts Ingredients:
-Nariyal (Coconut) fresh & peeled 1
-Ghee 3 tbs
-Nariyal (Coconut) grinded 2 Cups
-Cheeni (Sugar) ¾ Cup or to taste
-Doodh (Milk) ¾ Cup
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) 1 tsp
-Pista (Pistachio) sliced 8-10 Directions:
-In chopper,add coconut,chop well & set aside.
-In pot,add ghee and let it melt,add grinded coconut,sugar,milk and mix well.
-Cook for 8-10 minutes while stirring continuously,add cardamom powder and mix well.
-Continue to cook on low flame for 20-25 minutes or until the mixture comes together and begins to leave the sides of the pot and mix well continuously. -Grease plate and mould with oil generously,add coconut mixture to a greased mould and press it.
-Add pistachio and press it.
-Let it cool for 1 hour or until set.
-Cut into desired sizes & serve.
