Tandoori Chicken with Garlic Mint Butter Sauce Recipe by Food Fusion

Prepare Tandoori Chicken:
-Dahi (Yogurt) 1 & ¼ Cup
-Tikka masala 3 & ½ tbs -Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Lemon juice 2-3 tbs
-Chicken drumsticks 9 pieces (1 kg)
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
Prepare Garlic Mint Butter Sauce:
-Makhan (Butter) 6 tbs -Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 & ½ tbs
-Lemon juice 2 tbs
-Fresh parsley chopped 2 tbs
-Himalayan pink salt to taste -Podina (Mint leaves) chopped 2 tbs Directions:
Prepare Tandoori Chicken:
-In a dish,add yogurt,tikka masala,ginger garlic paste,lemon juice & mix well.
-Make cuts on chicken drumsticks & add in marinade,mix well & rub evenly. -Add cooking oil & mix well,cover with cling film & marinate for 4 hours to overnight in refrigerator.
-Preheat microwave oven at 180C for 15 minutes.
-On a dish,place microwave grill stand & marinated chicken & bake in preheated oven (convection mood) at 180C for 45-50 minutes (Flip in between).
Prepare Garlic Mint Butter Sauce:
-In a bowl,add butter,garlic & microwave for 1 minute.
-Add lemon juice,fresh parsley,pink salt,mint leaves & mix well.
-Brush prepared garlic mint butter sauce on chicken drumsticks & serve with naan! Recipe in Urdu: Ajza:

-Dish mein dahi,tikka masala,adrak lehsan paste aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Chicken drumsticks mein cuts laga lein aur marinade mein dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur evenly rub ker lein.
-Cooking oil mein dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein,cling film sa cover karein aur 4 hours or overnight kliya refrigerator mein marinate ker lein.
-Microwave oven ko 180C per 15 minutes kliya preheat ker lein.
-Dish mein microwave grill stand aur marinated chicken rakh dein aur preheated oven (convection mood) mein 180C per 45-50 minutes kliya bake ker lein (Flip in between).
Prepare Garlic Mint Butter Sauce:
-Bowl mein makhan aur lehsan dal ker ek minute kliya microwave ker lein.
-Lemon juice,fresh parsley,pink salt aur podina dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Tayyar garlic mint butter sauce ko chicken drumsticks per laga lein & naan ka saath serve karein!
